1. Introduction

Welcome to LiveFans ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform for content creator automation.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information (name, email address, password — passwords are stored hashed, never in plaintext).
  • Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Chaturbate username and (optionally) an encrypted browser cookie or Stats API token you provide for stream monitoring and CB DM pre-fill.
  • Telegram handle and Bot API token (when you connect Telegram).
  • Fan notes, kinks, and CRM data you input — these live primarily in your browser's local storage and are never sold or shared.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and abuse-prevention.
  • Device information (device type, operating system).
  • Usage data (features used, time spent on platform) for product improvement.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication and preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process your transactions and manage your pack credits.
  • Trigger automated stream monitoring, clip generation, and DM personalization on your behalf.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Service.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance audit trails).

4. What We Do Not Access

  • We do not have access to your bank accounts, payout details, or platform passwords.
  • Where you provide a Chaturbate Stats API token, it is encrypted at rest and used only to read tip events and (optionally) pre-fill DMs in your own browser — we do not post or DM through your CB account on the server side.
  • Your fan CRM lives in your browser's local storage. We do not store fan lists on our servers, and we do not sell them.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Telegram (messaging integration), OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (language-model providers used to generate DM copy on your behalf — only the prompt context you authorize is sent).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, lawful subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, and safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice to you.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive tokens, hashed passwords (bcrypt), rate limiting, brute-force lockouts, and audit logging. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

  • Unapproved video clips are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days.
  • Approved clips are retained for delivery to the Fans you authorized.
  • Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or 2257-compliance audit purposes.
  • Consent and audit records (Section 9) are retained for as long as is required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to Section 7 retention exceptions).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this may end your ability to use the Service).

9. Consent & 2257 Audit Trail

When you sign up, you accept a Master Agreement (the "Director's Suite Agreement") covering content recording, 2257 producer status, and affiliate disclosure. Your consent is timestamped and stored against your account ID as an audit record. You can review the full agreement at any time in our Terms of Service.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Any watermark (Liveroom.cc/models) embedded in your generated content may be an affiliate link. The Service provider may earn commission for traffic or model sign-ups generated through it. This revenue helps subsidize our processing infrastructure and the founders-tier pricing.

11. Third-Party Services

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States and Canada). We rely on standard contractual clauses and our service providers' safeguards to protect your information.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app support or email, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
